OUR HASSLE FREE RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry! JONZCO' offers a hassle free return policy as per the following terms.
- If the wrong item was received, a seven (7) days exchange guarantee from the date of receipt is given to you, provided that the merchandise is as new, complete with any accessories, or manuals, in its original packaging and in re-sellable condition. If the products are used or opened, then no exchange is possible.
- If a product is received broken or damaged, it can be sent back for exchange for the same item within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.
- No exchange will be considered without the original invoice enclosed in the return box.
- Exchanges will only be made, if stock is available. If stock is not available, you will receive a full refund. The refund will be initiated immediately once the return product is received in our warehouse. If you placed your order via cash on delivery, please note that the amount will be refunded into your Jonzco account as store credit for you to enjoy as you like at any time. Credit card refunds will appear on your credit card statement only within the next billing circuit. PayPal purchases will be refunded to your PayPal account.
- JONZCO' will refund you for the original shipping fees and return charges in case a return is done following clauses 1 or 2.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns for the following product categories for hygienic reasons:
a) Beauty items – Make up, cosmetics, fragrances, creams or any personal care items
b) Jewelry items
c) Lingerie & Swimwear
